The dashboard of any good LMS  has built-in notifications and reminder templates. Notifications serve a distinct purpose. Every step of the journey, an LMS\u2019s architecture reduces manual actions. This idea extends to its notification functionalities. The majority of scenarios include ready-made configurations. Administrators can easily customize these templates by adding details. Everything is also scheduled and designed to satisfy the automation criteria required to eliminate administrative work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does PlayAblo automatically send notifications to learners?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the PlayAblo UCM, under the \u2018corporate settings\u2019 tab, the admin gets an option to activate the notifications \u2013 via email, push, or in-app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what are these 3 types of notifications?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email notifications: An email notification is an eMail message sent to our users, informing them of changes or updates to a training course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-app notifications: In-app notifications display only while the PlayAblo app is open and are commonly used to lead users to points of interest to increase app usage, retention, and lifetime value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Push notifications: Messages are delivered to a user’s phone screen via PlayAblo\u2019s mobile app. Users must have downloaded their mobile app and opted into notifications before viewing these texts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LMS administrator has the choice to activate all three types on PlayAblo: one, two, or none at all, depending on the requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course nearing expiry: PlayAblo sends a reminder notification when a course is nearing expiry in an email notification. The email is sent twice – 1 day and 3 days before the expiry in case the course is assigned, and the user has not completed the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invite for virtual\/offline classroom training. PlayAblo also sends calendar invites via Teams and Google Meet in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
