Prevent Revenue Leakage

Minimize losses due to non-compliance

Boost win ratios

Pin-Pointed Training Can Eliminate these Signs of Misalignment

Most of these problems can be addressed with Pin-Pointed training. Right training to the individual or teams that need it and not force it on all and sundry.

Unfortunately, a lot of organizations adopt a ‘spray and pray’ approach to training. When you can identify specific skill gaps and the requisite competence for various roles, your training efforts can be easily aligned and work in tandem with what the organization needs. It is a clear Win-Win.

How can organizations identify pin-pointed training needs?

Training Need Assessment (TNA) is a globally accepted approach to identifying the on-pointed training needs. The underlying driver for TNA is to ensure the alignment of Training programs (and budgets) with Business goals.

How does TNA (Training Need Analysis) work?

1. Identify Key Roles

Pin-point key roles in your organization that are central to improving your key performance metrics. Some examples are Sales Development, Customer Success & Customer Experience, Account Managers, and Executive. See more…

2. Articulate The Expectations from their Roles (Job Descriptions)

Detail out the job descriptions of these Key Roles. Specifically, verbalize how these roles tie with the organizational goals and direction.

If you do not have the job descriptions written out, look at some of our suggested roles from your industry. These might help.

3. List Specific Skills Needed for those Key Roles

All roles need specific skills. Remember, the best performers have both hard and soft skills needed in their roles. Job Description combined with the right Skill Set completes the perfect persona. See sample skillset for a few of the roles in your industry.

4. Conduct a Thorough TNA (Training Need Assessment)

An effective TNA will objectively compare your team’s abilities with those of the perfect persona that can help boost organizational success. See our sample TNA Qs.

5. Identify Skill Gaps

With effective TNA, you can now get specific and actionable insights on skill gaps at:
- Team level
- Individual level

6. Take Specific Remediation Steps

The right TNA will also provide you suggested steps to be taken to minimize and eliminate the skill gaps. These steps will be a mix of the following:
- Reading Material (Blogs and Articles), based upon the individual competency level
- Reference videos that help hone job-specific skills
- Suggested books. Inputs and guidance from industry leaders provide a wide range of insights that are unparalleled.
- Micro-learning courses. These courses help build skills at the learner’s preferred pace and place. Talk to us about how we can convert long training courses into a series of bite-sized and easily consumable courses. Built for mobile!
