PlayAblo assigns learner courses on the LMS in three ways:

  • Auto-subscription
  • Self-subscription
  • Training batches

An auto-subscribed course is assigned to a larger audience based on a combination of three criteria – city, branch, and department. Auto-subscription is beneficial as it helps assign a course to several learners automatically at one go.  Let’s see how PlayAblo offers this feature in its fast LMS.

How does PlayAblo assign a course through an auto-subscription?

  1. On the PlayAblo dashboard, click on ‘Manage Auto Subscription’ from the dropdown menu.

  1. All the published course(s) that are NOT self-subscribed will be displayed on the screen.

  1. Click on the course
  2. Select the city, branch and department from the dropdown. The learners belonging to the selected city, branch and department get the allocation of the course automatically.

  1. To assign the course at the recurring frequency, click on ‘Recurring’ and enter the ‘Repeat Days’ as required

  1. When the employee logs in to PlayAblo, s/he will be assigned the course and they can see it. The duration of the course is based on the default duration days: which means that this is the time given to complete the course.
